    Not to beat a dead horse. But, if I bought an SBR upper and then dropped it onto XYZ lower would that remain true? Or by doing that have I just manufactured an SBR and then changed the equation? But, hey I'll worry about it when I get home first and then see what happens.

    Doing that as opposed to buying a Colt 6933 (for example) would mean a form 1 instead of a form 4.

    My SBRs are Form 1s. Short Bbl uppers on XYZ lowers. I'll let you look over my nonsense when you are available.
