How much torque/energy does a 40mm LV produce?

    Anyone know off hand?

I know the British L119A1 (C8SFW) was cracking the bayonet lugs/frotn sight gas blocks due mounting of the HK AG36 on it.

I KNOW warshot M203's are way more recoil than Practice rounds - but wondering if anyone knew exactly how much recoil energy?

    Additional info

I know that on a Colt M4A1 (the RO921HB barrelled one):

    a HK AG-C / AG36 will produce a 24" change in zero (down)

a Colt M203 will produce a 6-8" (down) (with KAC QD mount)

    - Obviously this deflection will cause undue stresses on the bolt/barrel extension interface - the solution being a FF mount.
