DC Area Martial Arts Gyms

Guys,

I am looking for a legit MMA, Muay Thai, boxing, or BJJ school in the DC area. I'm talking full contact day one.

I'll be in DC for four months TDY and would like to start getting back in fighting shape.

I have some experience in the above arts and although it's been years since I have practiced the learning curve will not be as steep.

Professor Pedro Sauer has a BJJ school in Loudon County, I have a couple of friends who've trained there and were happy with the program.

Depending on where you're working/staying, you may be limited by geography as to where you can train due to class schedules and traffic patterns.
