Issue With Grip Force Beavertail Adapter

I installed a Grip Force beavertail adapter on my G30S a while back but finally just got around to shooting it yesterday and encountered a problem. After 2-3 shots the pin started backing out, poking me in the hand. I pushed it back in and shot another 2-3 rounds and it did it again. I shot several mags and the pin moved every 2-3 rounds. Has anyone ever had something like this happen? Thoughts? Suggestions? Thanks.

I had one on my G23 for a while. Probably 500 rounds fired and it never walked out like that. I'm guessing that the pin provided with the kit is out of spec. Since I took mine off and don't need the pin anymore, let me know and I'll send it to you.

ETA: You may have to trim a little material as I believe the G23 GF pin will be a little longer than the 30s pin.
