    Glocktriggers.com opinions

Anyone have experience with Glocktriggers.com trigger systems? I picked up a new gen 3 G17 last year that has one of the worst triggers I've felt on a Glock. I put 2k rounds through it dry fired the shit out of it and even installed an oem 4.5 connector...still sucks. I like the fact they use all factory parts I just want that decent "for a Glock trigger" that all my other Glocks have.

Some will say they bypass safety's but I think that was an isolated thing.

I looked into this awhile ago and to me I came to the conclusion of what am I getting beyond a polished trigger and a pin on the trigger reducing pretravel...not worth 160$ to me

Nothing I can't do with flitz in 10 minutes

Take a look at OC custom triggers if you want to go that route as they use OEM parts too for a fraction of the price

At 160$ I'm looking at apex Zev or agency

$50 I'll peek at OC triggers

Before you spend an obscene amount of money, unless you want to, check out these how to stickies:

I read through the 4 parts and I actually saw some things, I hadn't seen before. I have a Gen 3 G19 that has a trigger that's smooth and light as butter. My Gen 4 G34 was a hot mess. Except for pull weight, these techniques helped my clean up the trigger much more than before. Although, heavier than I'd like, the pull is very smooth up until the break.

Their Skimmer trigger bar compromises all three safeties. Use it at your own risk. FWIW

Ok thanks for the replies. I'm going to give the 25 cent trigger job a shot. I'm not comfortable with filing anything though..will just using a dremel with polishing wheel and flitz make a noticeable difference?

Yes. BE PATIENT. Don't crank up the dremmel to a gazillion rpm. Be slow and methodical.

It won't make it lighter it'll just remove the grit feel

I do it by hand , too easy to remove material with a dremel

They are good to go. Lot of internet BS on this one from a lot of people that never owned their triggers. There is a reason that people like Hackathorn and Vogel use them.

I picked up a trigger from them recently. It was the Skimmer. It's ok but to be honest if you get some flitz and a buffing wheel for a dremel tool you can get the same result. It's not bad but I do not think I will buy another one for my other Glock 19.

If you're looking for a great feeling trigger for the money get a Ghost Rocket Connector and install it yourself. Took me about 30 minutes and the reset is shorter than my PPQ, zero over travel and an insanely light pull.

Add a flat trigger and you've got an awesome setup!
