Things I Cant Find on the Forum

I'm probably displaying my ignorance of all things forum. I need to know how to:

1) sign up for the newsletter (or are folks joking when they talk about it)

2) email/PM the moderator group as a whole with questions - I seem to remember someone saying there was an email admin function.

Try user cp (click your username or profile and search through the email preferences).
