    Stomach trimming workout

    sit ups dont work for me, i am trying to trim it down a little Please help.

    There's no way to target specific areas of your body for fat loss. No exercises, no machines, no pills will allow you to trim down your abdomen specifically. If you have excess fat around your abdomen, your only options are weight loss, or liposuction.

    weight loss worked for me, trimmed and i am cool with the outcome

    Well, the best question here is what are your goals?

    Do you want to be skinny, do you want to look like an actor in the movie 300? Just be a buff dude? Win the strongman? All take different aproaches.

    Don't eat junk food. Use complex carbs like rice( I prefer brown ) 5 grams of fat or less or each time your eat. Keeping under 50 g carbs a day works if your trying to lose quick. Gram of protein for gram of carb works well for me when I'm training well.

    You could also do just chicken breast or tilapia and asparagus only. Never done it. I hear good things for staying lean though. You might hate life however only eating two things.

    Mix in some cardio. Lift. Eat well. That's it.

    Stomach trimming workout

    Abs are made in the gym and revealed in the kitchen.

    Ab work can make your abs (somewhat) larger, but if you want to trim up...that's diet.

    Trimming workouts are what naive housewives do.
