    FF RAIL ADVICE PLEASE

    Hi Guys I just bought my first AR15 a Stag Model 2L Flat Top. I will be buying a FF Rail and would like your expert opinions on the best one to get. Thanks

    I think the YHM Lightweight FF tubes are the best bang for you buck.

    I'm not basing my opinion on price. I've had no problems with my YHM and think that is a quality item. I wouldn't hesitate putting them on all of my rifes.

    If youre going for the FF function and not the look of a 1 pc rail, then go with one of those 2pc FF rails. That way you get the benefits of a FF rail and the installation/maintenance convenience of a non-FF rail.
    Midwest is the only one I know of but Im sure there are others out there.

    So, sample size = 1 and you feel that's enough to recomend them?

    I knew a guy in highshool that owned a Mustang II. Never broke down that I know of, never had any mechanical problems. Do you think he should then go around suggesting that everyone buy a Mustang II?
