"Natural" Pain management

I had a thread re: back pain / sciatica and finally have it under control with core strength, stretching, and an inversion table.

Now I have some BS Occipital Neuro. Issue from Bruxism and wearing that damn Zyppah mouth piece. Ice pick headaches and ear pain every 1 minute or so for the last 4 days. I'm ready to hook leads to the top of my scalp.

Care to explain more on this? I clench tightly at night and am using a mouth piece. I would hate to be doing damage to anything.
