Can't make new posts in threads, or start new threads except here...

A couple of times I have tried to respond to ongoing threads, but the site won't let me post anything. Except here.

My account is verified, but for some reason I keep getting shut out. Annoying because this seems to be a good forum.

What threads are you trying to post to?

Per forum rules, you need a minimum of 30 meaningful posts to participate in EE & you can't reply to anyone else's EE threads. You also need 200 posts to participate in the General Discussion forum.
