Right click the image in Tumblr,
'copy image location'
here on M4C click the image icon
Then click URL tab
Uncheck 'reference locally'
Paste in the address spot.
Then just click ok or whatever the button says.
I don't know what makes the images re-size. I think the forum software does that automatically.
There may be a faster way, but I'm not sure what it is.

Board policy mandates I state that I shoot for BCM. I have also done work for 200 or so manufacturers within the firearm community. I am prior service, a full time LEO, firearm instructor, armorer, TL, martial arts instructor, and all around good guy.
