    Where can I find these?

Where can I find a taller front sight post for non F marked FSB's???

Can't seem to find a correct one in stock somewhere.

What size are the torx screws on gas carrier keys and which T handle torque wrench is suitable for this job??
    Where can I buy that??

Many thanks, couldn't find that specific info in the search.

Contact Grant, he lists the tall front sight post, and although not found on his site he probably has the screws you need too.

thanks, I'll do that for the front sight post.

As for the screws I don't need those. Just need to know what size they are.

I wouldn't be so quick to replace the front sight post with a taller one without first going to the range and trying to sight it in.

I have a Bushmaster barrel without an "F" mark. I purchased a taller front sight post thinking I would need it. When I went to the range the factory front sight post sighted in just fine.

    +1 on contacting Grant.

He supplied one for a co-worker.

If Grant doesn't have it, just order straight from Bushmaster.

I would check with G&R first. They may have some other stuff you can' t live without. If not I think I got mine from brownells with bunch of 1911 stuff to make the shipping worth while.

I'm with Zappy my Bushmaster (without an "F" mark) was dead on after I put my BUIS on. If you haven't shot it do that first. Then if you need one I would go to Grant.
Fast is fine, but accuracy is everything.

At what range did you zero the weapon? @ 25M you should not have any issues.

If you move that out to 50M then the standard size post may not have enough thread contact left to keep it in the weapon if you do a lot of shooting.

Play it safe and go with the longer post.
