RFI regarding SilencerCo Specwar 5.56 K and backpressure/blow back

I'm looking into buying a dedicated 556 can to be used on my 11.5" upper as well as a 14.5" upper. I currently have a SpecWar 762 which I really like but I would like something a little shorter/lighter for my 5.56 guns. The only 5.56 can I have have any experience with is my friend's Surefire FA556-212 and an AAC M4-2000. It seemed like a good can overall, and as a lefty shooter, didn't have too much blow back. I have been doing some research and really like the looks of the Specwar 5.56 K can but don't see much referenced online about the amount of backpressue/blowback. Anyone have any input on it or have compared it to a Surefire 212 or M4-2000?

I use a Specwar 556K on a otherwise factory Colt 6933 with the Specwar flash hider mount and a BCM Mod 4 charging handle. With that set up I still get gassed enough that I'm considering either building another upper as a dedicated suppressor host.

I put a 14.5" barrel pinned ASR on an Innovative Arms WAR upper with BCM gunfighter CH. I run a 556K and couldn't be happier. The SiCo 556K was the lightest and least blowback at the time that's why I purchased it. Also I'd look at the Grunt if you like direct thread.

Are they both carbine length gas systems? Do you know what size the gas ports are? Or at least who the uppers/barrels were made by? What type of ammo do you usually shoot? I don't have a specwar 556k but generally speaking it would be almost impossible to get an accurate answer without giving that info.

They are both BCM barrels with carbine length gas. Not sure on gas port sizes as I've never had the gas blocks off, but they should be whatever spec BCM uses on their 11.5" and 14.5" carbine gas

Can't speak for the Specwar K, but i have a Saker k on a 16" Recce and blowback is non-existent. A little different being 16" barrel and Mid-length gas, but figured i'd throw in my 2 cents.

I have a SPECWAR that I had mounted on a DD 10.3" barrel and BCM Gunfighter charging handle. I was getting way too much gas in the face, so I changed out the upper to a Colt 10.3" barrel cut down from a 6920 barrel, and added a PRI Gas buster charging handle. No more gas

Thanks for all the info and advice here guys, I appreciate it! I don't have any experience with any "K" or mini type can, but looking at the specs of the Specwar 556 K, it looks similar in size to the Surefire Socom or AAC M4-2000 but a bit lighter. Anyone know how many baffles are in the Specwar K?

The 556K has 5 chambers and 4 baffles in it.

    Update:
Yesterday I was able to shoot a Specwar 556 K on my SBR. It seemed to me to be on par (at least to my ear) with my Specwar 762. I didn't notice any major gas blowback, especially when using my friend's Gemtech SBC. My new SBR is a 11.5" BCM factory upper and the lower has the A5 buffer setup running an A5H2 buffer. The question I have is when using both the Specwar 762 and the 556 K, ejection was at the 2 o'clock and only about 2 feet away in the suppressed setting. When switching to the unspressed setting, the casings barely cleared the ejection port and dropped at my feet. If I end up going this direction, do I need to run an even heavier buffer in my A5?
Oh, ammo was dept. issue training ammo, Lake City M193
