They're the Suarez brand, onesourcetactical.com. Tritium straight 8 style.

    thanks for the info Hammer27.

L&M Precision will cerakote the fresh cut area only for corrosion protection. I considered this on my slide, then found a factory glock slide at a decent price and went front serrations and RMR cut and got the entire slide refinished.

I have not had good experience with any of the "kotes", dips, sprays, or bake ons. Phosphated, Melonited, or Anodized.

You must not have used a shop that was very good at it then.

I had one for a while. I shot it in a downpour and it had rusted bright orange by the time I got home.

Guys with the threaded barrels, which one's have flats for the set screws? I saw someone saying that theirs did, but don't remember if it was here or another forum to see what brand it was. I was planning on S3F since I know Pat Mac and some others use them, but Brownells has Blacklist barrels and I have Edge so now I'm leaning that way.

ETA - nevermind, I think it was the recoil article I read stating that most barrels with flats are at the 6:00 so it doesn't really help with the TBRCi.

Robar and L&M were the original shops that were allowed by Unity to modify slides for ATOM mounting. I was not aware that Fire4Effect was added to that list, but it's nice to have more options.
Plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose.

My biggest hang up with RMR's is that you are stuck with an OEM solution like the Glock MOS or M&P C.O.R.E.
    Or,
You have an aftermarket slide from a third party.
    Or,
You send your stock slide out to get milled. The bare steel underneath the optic has always been a concern for me as an area likely to rust.
It would be really awesome to see someone offer the ATOM slide as an OEM factory option with a factory finish applied to the entire slide at once.

I'm pretty sure you can have the slide refinished. I'm also pretty sure that's what you are supposed to do.
