Recommend replacing buffer with H2 or H3, and a new action spring, which will slow down bolt carrier speed.
Replace ejector spring with new, ensure that the ejector is free of any burrs, clean and lubricate ejector hole (hehe).
Might want to step back from LC XM193, lotsa known issues with that ammo. If you really want to stay with the type, American Eagle 55gr has shown to be more consistent and cause fewer "issues".
...and replace the extractor spring as cheap insurance

On a side-note dm, how do you like your Recce 7. Picked mine up a couple of weeks ago and can't say enough good things about it. So glad I went with it.

I have zero complaints. I've run it through some shooting drills with high round counts on my 10.5 556 upper and my 10.5 300blk upper and it has worked great. Sounds great and it has yet to loosen up.

Installed an H3 buffer and BCM extractor upgrade kit. It now works 100% with and without the suppressor on both 223 and 300blk.

    Thanks for everyone's help.
