$20m defeat for Bloomberg. AG kills Nevada's "background check" initiative

It is always nice to get some good news at the expense of nanny Bloomberg. On November 8, Nevada Question 1 passed by 0.8% margin. Theidea behind it was "Universal Background Checks" and "closing the gun show loophole". The text of the measure was misleading and ambiguous, but was enough to apparently (unless you factor in the voter fraud) give the ex-pat Kalifornians some "feel good" legislation. Our rights are constantly under attack, so its good to have a win.
