2022 purchase checking in here, will post a full range report after 1K rounds. So far, after a few hundred, from steel to 5.56, very good performer; no bench shooting, running & gunning. Clean-up is effortless. LEO discount is superb as well.

I am curious as to if the 10.3" or whatever length they show in the header is still available anywhere, or if it was a cut down 11.5". Would also be interesting if they could fit an HK416 handguard (or Maxim Defense).

I didn't see anything about a LE discount on their page, and lowest price is best price in my mind....

It’s a bit different. Nitride instead of chrome and a few other differences. Bolt and carrier isn’t chrome either. Should still be solid.

Oops, yeah, wasn't paying attention and linked the Pro instead of the COP. But yeah, you can see the pricing is pretty attractive given its lineage, though I'm curious about the true build quality, and who is manufacturing the rifles at this point, given that Caracal USA has moved their HQ to ID, don't know if they've brought stuff in-house or are still sticking with Wilcox doing the actual manufacturing.

My memory is a little fuzzy on this, but I recall it being said that Caracal is no longer partnered with Wilcox.
