Averageman, we have about the same build.
Not sure what your goals are but you could increase your protein intake and lift heavier to gain muscle if you're already leaning out. Do you know your fat %? That will also give you a good idea of where you stand. I'm still in the low 20% (which is still high for me) and trying to get down to 12-15%.

I'm at 17% give or take .5%.
15% would be ideal, I agree.
