Hah, yup, it's the KAC raised and extended 34mm mount (also available in 30mm).
I'm actually not a huge fan of high mounts, but I need it to clear the PEQ.
Of course, lots of high performers do prefer 1.93ish mounts, and I don't have any real issues with it, so that's cool.

This is now the best of the breed in 1-8x optics for dual-role carbines.

I sometimes put my EOTech on my ECC. I dont have a good range to shoot right now.

Need STR stock. Have contemplated a bunch of optics. Thought about a Sightron duplex.

Short version...
- KAC APC upper (gen2 gas system)
- Surefire SOCOM 762 MINI suppressor
- LMT MWS lower

TLDR version...
I bought a SR25 APC upper which should be arriving shortly. Exciting!

I currently have a LMT MWS. I plan to keep the LMT lower and run the APC upper, eventually selling the MWS upper to recoup some funds. The MWS is wayyyyy overgassed. I have some extra heavy Slash’s buffer and god knows what spring installed. I want to take that out and start fresh. Since the top half is running the Knight’s new gas system I would like to have the lower action components come from Knight’s too. I’m going off the assumption that the LMT and KAC .308 carbine receiver extensions are the same length, therefore buffers would be interchangeable (someone please correct me if I’m wrong).
So what buffer and spring are most running here?
Standard SR25 components? If so, what are they as I’d like to order the same.
If something else please let me know so I can research that too.
