If I could get serialed bare Glock frames, the only reason those aren't on the list is I won't build it if I can't shoot it and the next Glock that fits my hand and points naturally will be the FIRST. OTOH if our northern neighbors adopt a Glock model as their standard issue and I can get a frame, I might tackle it as "Hers" for loan to the GF to go with the "His" of my 1911... then again since threaded barrels are banned I better get a truckload of those for various irons ordered and figure out how to pay for 'em.

i think what happened is whats happening to Texas , they created that mess in Cali to the point that it is so completely stifling that they cant survive or grow they have to move , but THEN bring the same failed ideology to the new host like a parasite expecting it to turn out different

dont get me wrong the area had its fair share of freaks , we would take the boat across the Sound to Seattle , and see stuff like 6 weirdos with 3 foot mohawks walking single file all chained together through their nose rings , me and my buddy from Ky a couple red neck hillbillys would ran at them real fast like we were going to split the line and the look on their faces , thy wouldnt turn their heads to look , they cut their eyes towards us and they looked like a horse that is freaking out over a snake , ahhhh , good times

Nice updates. Would love to hear if you notice any difference during use.

    Thank you!

I got the BCM FDE-IB bolt carrier because I have a couple of their parkerized carriers in other rifles and like them. I always wanted one in FDE for this rifle so when they finally became available I picked one up. I run this rifle mostly suppressed so I’ll adjust the SLR gas block accordingly and try a few different buffer weights to fine tune it. I’ll also find the optimal gas block setting for unsuppressed use.

I got the Radian Raptor SD-SL charging handle because I’m having an issue with the PRI Gas Buster Ambi charging handle. When shooting suppressed the Gas Buster would unlatch and slowly cycle until the bcg caught it on its return. I believe this was due to the added back pressure from the can along with the extra weight and design of Gas Buster. I tested a standard charging handle and it stayed latched while shooting suppressed. I’m hoping the Raptor’s gas mitigation and slimmer skeletonized design eliminate this issue. We shall see…

Left hand shooter here and I can definitely tell you yes the raptor SD works really well at moving the gas around.

Swapped out the 15" Wilson Combat handguard for an IWI 15.5" integrated Arca rail.
Swapped out the A5 extension for an A2 stock.

Sold all my non-ambi lowers. Bought a couple LMT mars-l lowers instead.

I haven’t set up a vise yet, so a cool local Class 3 dealer remounted one and mounted another Keymo muzzle devices. He also installed my Dead Air adaptor on the MG7K I picked up a few weeks ago and brought back for the occasion.

What did I do? I Dremel’d off a Karve Handstop because an Allen wrench head broke off in the M-LOK screw, and nothing else has worked. That upper is going to get partially dismantled and painted with a lower soon.

Dug the handguard for C.'s C7A2 URG and the underside rail out of storage, installed them and the foregrip. (Yes, I know there are missing pieces, this is a standard practice for me on Not In Ready Rack irons.) I need to find somebody to replace the triangle handguard with round, and source another of that funky Canadian clamp-on rail and "claw" CH latch.

Unfortunately, I also just found out that "Gun Mom & Dad" are making preparations to close their shop and leave the state now that Pedo Bob can basically put anyone who does firearms business in WA or across its borders into penury at will via his "public nuisance" bill that got passed as SB5078 DESPITE PLCAA which it seems a clear violation of.
