Bought an Eotech 552 and Laser Battery Cover add-on for the C8. Means the upper on the M4's gonna have to wait another six months, but got made an offer I couldn't refuse on a timetable that couldn't wait.

Did work.
Sold my LE6920 OEM2. :-(
Completed a build (5.56) earlier this week.
Attached a Redi Mag bolt release and catch.
I am waiting to buy few parts to start customizing my AR
Installed a DD Omega 7.0 quad rail and the LaRue MBT2S FCG on my 6920. The Omega with the narrower width compared to the Troy drop in Battle Rail before it, felt a bit more comfortable and free floating the barrel is an added plus. As for the MBT2S, my Lord, what a great feeling trigger for the money. I spent this past weekend dry firing it and the Geissele SSA on my Noveske "Recce" and could not in all honesty determine any noticeable difference in take up, break, and reset. Used a Lyman Digital trigger pull gauge and both averaged just a hair over 4 pounds plus/minus 2 to 3 oz. over twenty trigger pulls each. The only major difference was monetary. Spent $175.00 for the SSA on sale a fews years ago and $80.00 for the MBT2S this past "Black Friday" sale. All in all it was a worthwhile upgrade to the Colt.
On my non-ambi, go-to BCM Kino SBR:
Traded out a MBUS for a gnarly KAC rear flip up sight.
Switched the SSA (going to a new pistol lower) out for a Super Tricon; I like it. I used the standard springs in the Tricon, but my plan is to try it out with an extra set of SSA-E springs.
M4: Negotiated an agreement-in-principle for purchase of a Colt URG, first payment later this month. Bayonet in hand awaiting URG.
C8: Started running Gunkote's new Napa Green by my Canada experts for evaluation as a "stand in" color; unanimous approval from them, thumbs-up from the GF so time to call the gunsmith.

Sold them to local gun shop. Haven’t shot them in almost a year; just practice with handguns mostly.
