Replaced the KAK flash can(which I like) on the x39 with the Radical Firearms NADA brake (which I love) . Can definitely tell the difference. Then set the Bushnell 1-4 turret dials to zero and marked them. Did a quick lube up prepping for a road trip in a few days.

Upper was signed for around 10:30am at ADCO. I had shipping info before lunch. I can't wait to get it back and see how it handles. Crossing my fingers that I didn't ruin the weight and balance of the 6720.

This afternoon, I took the Geissele SSA-E out of one of my RECCE type builds and replaced it with the LaRue Tactical MBT-2S (curved bow). The Geissele is now installed in my new PSA "M4A1" lower of which I am going to build a M4A1 SOPMOD Block II clone. The lower assembly will be complete in about a week. I have the B5 Systems Gen 1 Enhanced SOPMOD stock already and I going to get the buffer tube kit (BCM) ordered tomorrow. That is all the lower assembly lacks. I even installed a Colt full-auto ambi-safety (modified - removed fin to make it compliant).

Yesterday evening after work, grabbed my two carbines that are sporting BCM uppers. I felt the need to see what they were capable of after some other threads on here. After confirming zero, took it out to 130 yards. EAG upper consistently held a 2.5" group. Not great, but works for my needs and that was with a 2MOA dot Aimpoint. Didn't get a chance to shoot the LW middy as I was losing day light.

I put together a new upper for reasons...

    BCM Blem Upper
    Brownells B-TAC 16" ML 1:7 twist
    Brownells BCG
    BCM Mod 4 CH
    Brownells A2 FH
AeroPrecision ATLAS S-ONE 15" KeyMod Handguard

I'm likely going to run my Aimpoint CompM and Magpul MBUS sights on it. Everything else I have has a magnified optic so I thought it'd be fun to mix it up some.

Plopped in a borrowed BCG from another build just long enough to declare the C8 "legally complete" in both pistol and rifle configurations, even though the stock and the rail mount for the foregrip are still on the way. "Official completion date" nine days before the retarded monkeys and other walking garbage in Seattle's "lifetime HIPPA waiver and Big Brother permission slip required to buy semiauto rifles" initiative takes effect.

It's still only on the way to becoming a C8, but it is officially a "live" rifle at least.
