What have you done to your AR(s) today?

I put together my new Colt upper (Colt 6720 pencil barrel, BCG and CH). I had the barrel cut to 14.5 and pinned & welded with a BCM comp. I mounted a Scaler BUIS in the rear to go with the stock FSB. Going with a near 20 year old Tasco Aimpoint clone for an RDS. Using my old CASV-EL and mounted it all on a 19 year old BM lower (w/ACT) and a GEN 1 UBR.

Installed a VTAC Hybrid sling, Rail Scales, and an Inforce WMXL on my ADM Mod 2. As strange as it seems I really cannot think of anything else I need to do to this rifle.

Color filled my selector markings and ended up with a cloudy finish.

Shot my 15-22. Then took my PA 1-6 Raptor off the .22 and put it on my 6720. Ugh. No dice. Totally goes against the purpose of the LW rifle. Wish I could see red dots. I’d put a mini RDS on the 6720.

For now the 6720 will be back to iron sights and I’ll put the Raptor on my patchwork PSA/SW Frankenstein. Putting a Nikon 1-4 on the .22.

Hopefully I can get some free time soon so I can sight in / reconfirm zero on all my rifles.

Lol at this shite.

I stole a scope off one of my bolt guns and mounted it on my AR. I’m going to try to shoot some decent groups in a couple days. Normally wears a CompM4s.
