I was taking 1000iu daily and upped it to 2000 (one 1K in the am, one in the pm). IIRC, the 25(OH)D level was 12 ng/mL? I'd have to look at the report again when I get home, also to see if it covered mag level.

Who knew it was such an issue, right?

I have to do a 30 day follow up lab for a new med in a couple of weeks. Should I ask to have Vitamin D level rechecked so soon, or wait?

What if this whole crusade's a charade?
And behind it all there's a price to be paid
For the blood which we dine
Justified in the name of the holy and the divine…
