    Unless going for a clone look or on a tight budget I would look at Spikes mid-length barrels, they have both regular and CHF options and will install a FSP for extra $. After the Crane 14.5 study mid-length is the only way to go IMO.

    I got notification my credit card was charged yesterday by Brownells for the 20" 1-7" twist barrel assembly I have on backorder. No notice of shipment yet but once it gets here this will complete a rifle build I've been waiting to finish. I've had severe carpal tunnel problems with my hands and just finished surgery Tuesday of this week so I'm behind in my range time but once I heal up I'll try the 605 I did and this new rifle and hopefully a range report to follow.
