Only their Magmounts come in either 0 or 20 MOA .

    Don't forget Spuhr.

I would prefer to buy a mount made in the USA, but the Spuhr mounts are excellent.

I've had problems with the leupold mount and so has a friend, with them coming loose. I prefer ADM Recon mounts but so far my Warne X Skel gen2 has held up well in 3gun.

I was in the same boat a while ago, I tried a few QD mounts and realized for the gun I was using the scope was pretty much going to stay on so I went with the JP enterprises mounts. Solid mounts, and nothing to hang up on on the sides.

Update, going to go with the Primary Arms 1-6, 24 Gen3. With this said, I have it narrowed down to either Badger Ordnance or Warne for my Non QD mount. Anyone have anything to offer on these? They both get great reviews. I like the Badger Ordinance mounts, but not sure which one to get. The Badger Recon Unimount has a cantilever which is what I am looking for.

    Thanks again.

Biggy, I am liking that Badger Ordnance.

I would get the Badger. They have been around for a long time and are a gold standard. IN MY OPINION, they have the best workmanship/machinework of all the mounts out there until you get into SPUHR and RRS, and the like. The Geissele may be a more rigid design, maybe, but the machinework on the Badger is better from the samples I have handled. I think Geissele lets their tooling go a bit, personally, is my only guess. I have some Geissele mounts that show a LOT of chatter in non-critical areas, and some that show NO chatter at all. Lots of variance. The Badgers are just CLEAN. Part of this is likely because 6061 machines much easier. A lot of people complain about 6061 vs. 7075, but your scope tube is likely 6061 anyway...so then one can argue right back about thermal expansion coefficient differences and all that, but the truth of the matter is that in this application, I feel that either material is JUST FINE.

Anyway, long story short, I'd buy the Badger or Geissele. I do like the look and the design of the Geisseles, but if they don't fit my application, Badger is who I turn to. I have weighed similar mounts between the two companies on a scale and they are pretty much identical. Few tenths of an ounce off from each other, etc.

One thing I LOVE about Badger, is that the ring-caps do not have any slop in them fore/aft. You don't have to "line them up". The screws do that for you. I think they machine the holes much tighter.

A little dated, but probably still solid: http://precisionrifleblog.com/2014/1...-the-pros-use/
