I have a BCM midlength upper I just got last week. I put in on a LMT lower and it was loose. I put it on another LMT lower and it was tight. I don't really care about colors but it didn't stand out as a mismatch. If the range would have been open today I could tell you how it shot. Seriously though, they are both top notch products.
Hell yeah, I have two and they run like champs.
trying to order the LMT lower from g&r tactical now but cant get in touch with them. I will also be ordering the BCM middy upper soon. Heard nothing but great things about it.

the LMT lower is IMHO expensive. while it is a great lower I do not beleive it is any better than many other lowers such as Mega,Anvil, and many others. if you use the right LPK and a quality mil spec buffer tube you are in the same place for less$$$$$. the deal with the LMT uppers is if you want a SOPMOD stock . I think they call it a defender lower . but if you got the cash you can't go wrong with LMT.

I have that setup. It's great. The finish on the BCM is a little "blacker" than my LMT lower, but I don't care about it.
It is also the tightest upper/lower fit I have ever had. Not in a detrimental way though, just have to apply decent downward pressure on the upper and tap the pin with a hard object (plastic screw-driver handle).
Sorry for the crappy pic.
