    Guncrafter full size 1911 45acp, always carried. The melonite finish makes it look new but it is shot often.

    Most often carry the Colt XSE government in the winter in a Galco King Tuck. Only added the 10-8 flat trigger and 10-8 diamond grips...rough, but solid purchase when shooting.

    Carried often as well, my Wilson was getting jealous of my Guncrafter, lol.

    This thread is awesome. Milled steel slide and frame, 5" barrel. Design by Browning. Hole in the end you could stick your finger into. Three pounds of lead and iron. Nothing else like it.

    And this is from a 1911 person who recently sold his soul for the sake of cheap expediency, and now carries a M&P.

    "Packing iron" or "packing polymer?" Which sounds better in the mouth of Clint Eastwood?
