Right. From what Harlan told me, they wanted Mike and NDS to make H&R the Lexus to PSA's Toyota and were supposedly empowering him to enforce tighter QC as he sees fit. (We'll see how long THAT lasts...)
Sorry, I avoid BARFCOM like I would an Ebola hotzone.
