It's not muzzle velocity though, it appears to be velocity of 340 meters/sec (1115 ft/sec) from 7.9" barrel (200mm proof barrel) at a distance of 16 meters (52.4 feet).

I’m not sure about the 200mm proof barrel but above that it does have a power factor of 132 listed out of a 4 inch barrel. At 124 grain that puts the muzzle velocity at 1064 fps out of a 4 inch.
