Just to hazard a guess, I'd say about 20 pounds. A loaded mag is about 1lb, just under 17 mags worth per 500 rds, and give the box 2 pounds.

I forget the actual weight, but it is much much lighter than pistol ammo.

I thought this was a decent price,these are one of my favorite stocks. BIG thing is its IN STOCK for now,,good luck finding them anyplace now a days. I bought one & it was $86.95 shipped. I was a little ticked because lots of stuff @ Aim is Free shipping over $49 bucks,,guess not this.
