Good catch, Stick, dunno how I missed it. Wish the other two I mentioned were building true clones rather than "gamer guns" for Service Rifle matches... BCM has a true Gov for 450 but neither handguard nor BCG--no problem for me, I already have both HG's for the M16-length builds on the roadmap, but not offering a RAS from the factory could get annoying for others.

FN M16A4 factory original uppers with M5 rail and Matech sights. $499

    https://www.oowinc.com/exclusives/ex...4-upper-nos-3/

FN M16A4 factory original uppers, Charging Handle and BCG not included. These are in NOS condition with some minor handling marks. The upper includes an original FN USGI Mil Spec chrome lined 20″ cage coded barrel with 1/7 twist, a P&S Products Co. M5 RAS Picatinny hand guard assembly (Licensed USGI production) with rail covers and a USGI cage code marked MaTech 600 meter rear sight. These uppers are identical to those issued to the USMC. A great place to start in building a first rate modern battle rifle.

I'm not familiar with P&S products, or that they are a licensed USGI manufacturer. I have never heard of them, unless KAC has some other companies do contract work? They appear to be a knock-off KAC RAS. Barrel spec looks good though

    From Jack Leuba’s post here:

“At the conclusion of the RAS contract, the government purchased the RAS TDP from KAC.
They contracted P&S to produce the M4 and M5 RAS for government purchase.”

That's out of the Man's mouth himself, so that's a reliable enough source for me. Thanks for the heads up.

Does anyone know if the AO bolts are actual FN contract supplier, or is this an exaggeration of sorts? Ie would this be 'clone correct' for the above upper?

I think you can take the description at face value, or at least I do. I can't confirm one way or another if FN uses them, but I ordered a couple as spares and they're the exact same BCG as came with my URGI near clone, down to the HPT/MPI engraving on the bolt. The only difference was the color of the o-ring.

Right to bear is reputable. I personally trust the description based off of my dealings. If you have any concerns call. I have dealt with the owner a few times and they are great IMO. Very fast shipping too
