Yeah, you're right. It says stripped on the left side, but in the description says complete.

$420 seems like a great deal, $550ish after grabbing a BCG (BCM/Toolcraft/Centurion). Carbine buffer and spring with this?

I'd suggest an H3/H6 buffer or A5 system if you want a telestock. H3 and H6 are both close to the Rifle weight that URG is meant for, H6 is IIRC sprung to reduce bounce in full-auto while H3 should be fine for Semi. IF I'm understanding things right... everything I've built is in Pistol or Carbine/Middy class, so take this with a grain of salt.

If I had a grand sitting around and the world weren't going to Hell, I'd pick up a couple for quick-changes on our His & Hers set between Carbine and Service Rifle configs.

I would leave a rifle lower with a rifle upper. If you want something shorter, get a 16 or 18” Imho. That being said, the H3 buffer works nicely if you really want the 20” rifle upper. Even the H2 works pretty well. Full auto is when things become more important with the buffers.
    Stick

Steiner P4Xi 4-16x56 - $849. Snagged one for my LMT MWS.

German glass, made in the USA, illuminated. Looks well reviewed if a little uncommon. A simple mil reticle but you can't have everything.

Six bucks each on Thermold 30's? Debating whether or not to pick up some to go with the C8, IIRC buddies up north said the Thermolds were junked and replaced with USGI-type *long* before the "Green Rifles" came on duty.

True... if I did 'em they'd be strictly for display and educational (read: "why this crap sucked and everybody dumped it") use.
