Are you recommending these over the PMAG 20 M3?

I was just going to post that, it’s a good price on a good gun.

    Purely aesthetics?

It was understood that a curved 20 would be easier and better, but straight won out.

However... you can't put an anti-tilt follower in a straight magazine that needs to feed tapered cartridges. In most in-spec rifles, the straight 20 still worked very well...but a straight mag will never be as reliable as one with constant curve geometry and an anti-tilt follower.

Thus, the GEN M3 20 with constant curve geometry and an anti-tilt follower, just like its big brothers.

I haven't but it's definitely something I'll have to keep an eye out for. Even though I prefer to keep the "ready preloads" in full combat loads of 7, bricks of 4 sounds like an efficient option for handling the "deep stash" once I build out that far.

Worth a look, but I've been burned by GMW before. If you recall that case they had several years back where "six Hexmags for fifty bucks shipped" led to an epidemic of stolen credit card numbers... yeah, I was popped in that.

I like the cheap surplus MOLLE bandoliers. They have a carry strap built in so you can throw one over your shoulder and go without having to get into any kit.

Just for the hell of it I ordered one. I don't have a 226 but wanted to see if I could fit or modify to fit my VP9 with tlr-1. Figured even if I tried to modify it and destroyed it, I'd only be out 15 bucks.

To my surprise it fits in pretty well. Hood clears to flip over and the other locking retention holds pretty well too. I dont have it mounted on a belt yet but I couldnt get it out until releasing the lever.
