P220 should ride the same holster without any trouble, and my P220 does wear a light.

Sorry, I am not sure. I was able to fit my VP9 with TLR-1 in there and it locks up well. I actually just ordered a 2nd one today, hard to pass up at this price.

Per Stick's recommendation I may try removing the secondary retention system and just run the hood. Seeing as the one I gave fits pretty good I didn't want to mess with it too much just yet.

No worries. I went ahead and ordered one. I was just asking because when I first got my MK25 I didn’t realize all P226 variants were compatible with all holsters. I think it’s the rail but it wouldn’t fit in a serpa style holster I bought direct from Sig. I got a tlr-1 omnivore and it’s it’s not bad it’s not perfect. I’m not adding pistol/light specific safariland holsters to the collection.
