Once upon a time in a land far away, I did some English teaching with some Russian speakers that weren’t Russian. Sadly, I didn’t gain native speaking or reading skill from them. But I did learn my way around a Kalashnikov and RPG. Some of the ladies… I wonder about today. I hope they made it West.
