Kind of crazy how much the cost of those has gone up. I'm an avid backpacker, and just a year or two ago, those Mountain House meals were $7.50 everywhere. Now they are $11.00. Thats almost a 40% cost increase in the past 2 years.

This is a deal on what may be a unique find. New BCG with layered coatings along with things like OCKS screws. They have run for 1000 without oil, cleaned at 1000, and are continuing to see how far it will go.

Eh, they are “sandcuts” which is actually something I failed to notice and would not like. I messaged Chad with SOTAR, and he mentioned he has gauged multiple and they are mildly gas inefficient. Not sure context, and I am not sure if he had pre-release versions, since these were just released. Bad Attitude also has standard BCG.

Which cuts are you referring to. Those on The front or rear of the carrier?

The “sand cuts” are at the front. The stuff at the rear, not entirely sure. But the design, like Radian’s is supposed to slightly increase the mass/diameter at the rear of the carrier.
