It's legit. Novi PD shut them down during covid and I believe issued fines if I'm remembering the details right. I wouldn't call MTOA jack boots, it's basically just a training consortium.

Maybe not directly, but thy sure do leghump 'em.

For the record, I bear no ill will toward the LE community in general, but Michigan LE allowed themselves to be Whitmer's private army of "Little Eichmanns" and betrayed their oaths en-masse. They need to work on that "mindless obedience" thing... and maybe don't piss in the face of the people they want to sell or gift them supplies.

Good way to make sure LE agencies and LEO won't buy from them. Evidently they are banking on releasing the info (like they did) and hoping they will get loads of free publicity and orders from people who hate cops.
