Is the ACR still a thing?

The price, and all of the 'features' I don't want have kept me away. I keep dreaming of an ACR with a proper profile barrel, lightened BCG, and light trunnion, though.

I have yet to ever see a really good deal on an ACR. I've seen just about every other rifle come down in price over the last few years but the ACR seems to still hover in the 1700 range. I remember wanting one so bad, but the reviews after it finally came to life just didn't seem to warrant that new price of 2000. I guess I always assumed that time and a lackluster response from the public would drive the price down.

They can be had closer to the $1k mark if you keep your eyes open

To be fair, I did see one used black enhanced on arfcom for 1400. That's better than what I've seen on gunbroker though.

Won’t find one on Gb for near $1k but I have seen them go on other forums for around $1200+/-
