Has anyone bought one or heard anything about them? I have a UMP 45 kit and I think this receiver is probably the best option going, short of coughing up $3,000 for a USC. However being so new to the market, I have my reservations.

His M.O. is to make guns that look cool at highest profit by using poor materials and no quality control while pricing them slightly below competitors. I'd place more confidence in a 10/22 shoehorned into an airsoft gun chassis.

I've been curious about these as well. The prices I've seen seem to be all over the map. I've seen as low as 750 and as high as 2k from Atlantic. Didn't Vulcan make roller lock clones, because he's making them under the Omega name as well.

I bought one, but I don't have it yet.
I bought it from Atlantic as a stripped receiver, and Atlantic has a solid reputation for standing behind their products. I would not have bought it direct.
I bought a UMP parts kit to build it out, which will only go up in value as the availability of these receivers will only make demand for the kits rise... so rather than being a $2500 gamble, it's an $800 gamble (the price I paid for the stripped receiver from Atlantic).... and I WILL be having the receiver re-marked.
I've noticed a surge in sales of fused USC/UMP receiver stub guns... The introduction of these new receivers, unless they completely suck, should drive prices down quite a bit. I'll have around $2500 in mine by the time I'm done, which is a lot nicer than the $3500 to $4000 entry fee for a fuzed gun. So whether you want a new receiver, or a fuzed receiver, prices just got lower (although I expect the price of parts kits to climb a bit).
Hopefully they don't suck.
