Allright! I love Israel so I might have to give this one a shot too.

I am very interested. I am a huge fan of IWI, and I am confident they built a solid pistol here. IWI makes great stuff!

I agree with all the above statements, but I am just about getting to the point where I wish these gun engineers would hire an Italian industrial designer to help out - must all striker fired pistols look so ugly? Ah, I forgot about the Beretta APX, so nix that idea, but still..

    17-round capacity and a 4-inch barrel.

Sounds like the M&P, VP9, PPQ, &c. all over again.

CZ and S&W have finally figured out what Glock figured out in 1989. Why couldn't IWI?

That thing is ugly. Looks like a S&W SD9 mated with a FN 509. Having said that, I have a soft spot for Israeli handguns and if it turns out to be solid, I'd buy one.

I agree. I'm hoping HK is the next to find enlightenment.

The more I look at it, the more I think it looks like that striker-fired Ruger American.

LOL. I was thinking it looks like an HK made a Hi-Point pregnant and it gave birth to the Masada.

It may very well be a fine pistol though. I want to see some torture tests and long-term durability data.
