Board policy mandates I state that I shoot for BCM. I have also done work for 200 or so manufacturers within the firearm community. I am prior service, a full time LEO, firearm instructor, armorer, TL, martial arts instructor, and all around good guy.

I also shoot and write for various publications. Let me know if you know cool secrets or have toys worthy of an article...

She looks happy to be out and about!

And that looks like a neat old truck. I have a soft spot in my heart for old Chevy C-10 pickups. I learned to drive on a early 60's model with "Three on the tree."

Thanks, its a 93 Ford Super Duty with the 7.3 IDI engine (Cat engine as the Powerstroke wasn't until 94 which is when they introduced different SuperDuty models). When we bought it from a buddy, he explained it as the equivalent of a F450. It gets 10mpg regardless of if its loaded with a few tons of rock, or if its empty. With 53k on the odometer, she is barely broken in!

We had an old Chevy flat bed like that when I was a a kid. The only way it would ever go faster than 80 MPH was dropping it out of a C-130.

But it could sure haul fence posts and bailing wire.

Either way its a keeper. I drove one of the next gen 7.3 duallies for a few years. Cam position sensor was the only weak part on that one. But at least you could change it on a back country road in Alabama with a screwdriver and a flashlight at 2 am. Then switched over to the Duramax when it came out. What a mistake. If I could find a clean-ish 7.3 Powerstroke for not a crap ton of money I would buy one. Buddy has a 99 that's over 500k on the original motor and trans now.
