Did you dye all the furniture? Can you post a pic of the rifle?

There's not much left to complain about. Brownell's has really knocked it out of the park style-wise. A few minor issues still exist but nothing that will keep me from enjoying the rifle.

One of the few I have seen who got the light barrel version with the black furniture. Do you think you made the right choice? Beautiful rifle.

And here are some of the AR10B with my Springfield M1 Garand

Mas, I'm impressed, pretty cool stuff.

I wanted the light bbl more than the fluted one. All I ever see is the BRN-10A, and I just wanted to try something different.

The rifle is shockingly light. I need to take it to the range quickly.

Let us know how it shoots.

Mine shoots pretty well although it had some erratic ejection and a failure to eject. I replaced the Brownell's bolt with a Tool Craft dual ejector bolt. I also replaced the stock rifle gas tube with a custom gas tube from Black River Tactical. This new gas tube has a .086" orifice.

The combination of new bolt and reduced gas tube seems to have smoothed things out quite a bit. Recoil feels about the same but ejection is much more consistent.

More testing is in order but I'm happy with the results.

Read that there are still a couple few countries at least that still have some AR10s tucked away, but not a lot is known. Maybe one day could come in as parts kits. Would love to have a Portuguese AR10.
