    Best Shotgun Instructor

I have only been to one class by L. Awerbuck. If you had the money who would be your choice of instructor for this platform?

I have never trained with scatterguns but the same names always come up:

    Clint Smith
    Randy Cain
    Louis Awerbuck
    Rob Haught

That would be my list as well plus Scott Reitz.

I would add Bill Jeans to that list as well.

    Good point.

The key, I think, to learning the shotgun is to have an instructor that also believes in and advocates it's use, and has the background in it's use to back up what they are teaching you.

    Bill certainly meets that criteria.

I cannot count myself among the cognoscenti of shotgun training, but if you haven't learned how to handle a shotgun from Rob Haught, you are missing out on half the equation.
