Very uncomfortable day at the range. I wanted to shoot the M1A Scout Squad at 200 yards, but I decided to shoot the 100 yard range. Considering that it was my second time shooting the rifle, weather conditions and open sights, I think I did pretty good. I also forgot my clear safety glasses, so I had to use sunglasses. Which I know don’t shoot as well with tinted lenses. As you can see I need to work on my sight picture since there is two different groups. Ten rounds at 100 yards in the conditions stated above, I’m very happy. I shot the M1A last, I wanted to get my scope zeroed for my 10/22 with a new lower profiled scope rings and test 16 reloaded rounds of 45 in my P220. So, I was quite cold by the time I started shooting the M1A. BTW, you can see a flier in the top left, I knew it was bad shot when I pulled trigger. For some reason the picture is sideways the left is the top.
