Ballistic Gel Tested Beyond 25 yards/meters

Every test I see has the gel on a bench or table that is within spitting distance of where the shot is taken from. Has anyone done, or seen, testing on gel at about 50, 75, 100, or farther?

I found info on DocGKR and auto windshield with bonded and ballistic tipped stuff. Some PMC, American Eagle, 55 fmj would be neat.

On my long term plan after I hit the lottery or get some major sugar momma funding for full on destruction testing of rifles and pistols, with more than a single example, is extended range ballistics testing. Like out to 100 meters with pistol, and however far out is practical with rifle, 300, or 400 meters at least. Though I have a feeling I can make predictions now on the results of many rounds at the raggedy edge of practical accuracy. That said, the issue would be having to actually figure in angle or impact because I have the feeling that the round is not going to be going in the direction that it would at 10 meters. That all said, I don't recall many if any extended range testing. Andrew on the Chopping Block did some extended range armor testing one time, which was neat. But, I've never seen ballistic testing beyond the normal. Well, except for another channel doing armor reviews, which had stuff at a few longer rangers with gel behind it, though it was more as a backer than anything, if I recall right.

If one were so inclined, would it be possible to make hand loads with slightly lower pressures out of the muzzle to mimic longer range velocity?

In other words, slow the projectile down out of the muzzle to what your velocity is at 100/200 or whatever, and still be able to fire from bench and negate the angle/impact issue?

Just a thought.. I may be way off base

I have tested 64 grain Gold Dot, Nosler 64 grain BSB, and a Nosler 77 grain MK 262 clone in Clear gel at 10 feet and 60 yards. The velocity difference at those ranges made a negligible differences in terminal effects.

Have seen videos where 22lr penetrates 1" pine boards at 100 yards
Which is supposed to be a minimum lethality standard

I believe there is 100m gel testing that one can find. It's not of the highest quality, but it's interesting nonetheless. There is long-range shotgun gel testing for buckshot, as well. Here are a few links:

This is excellent quality test/work with proper gel and calibration:

Back before it got wiped, I had data from M855A1's precursor from Liberty, at 300+ yards. it did...very nasty things.
    208gr .308 AMAX at 500y actual.
