I agree with you how the heck are they gonna give you half of your gun. That sounds janky as shit.

Not really if you think about it. Most FFLís charge what $50-$100 for a Form 4 transfer through them? Safe space is expensive and a whole gun sitting there for almost a year is not ideal. If the OP already has an SBR lower then itís also not a legal concern.

I would be concerned as an FFL that the gun owner may one day dispute (not against the OP but just years of dealing with the general public) that I didnít give them the upper or the buyer may not really have an SBR/pistol, etc.

However, my FFL/SOT said I could take everything but the lower and encouraged me to. I declined because it was my first SBR and I just didnít feel comfortable with that idea.

    God Bless,

    Brandon

The CQB is a fantastic can. It is much quieter than I expected it to be.

What reticle did you pick for the MK6?

It's better to get the shortest can practical. If you are going to add length, get a longer barrel for more velocity.

Itís quite simple really, itís only two pins that holds the upper and lower receiver together. The upper isnít even considered a firearm. So basically, they could do this by pushing out the two push pins that hold the upper and lower together and giving him the upper (which isnít considered a firearm) and holding the lower (the actual firearm) until his form clears.
