Sounds like some people need to rethink their shooting abilities and methods.

Got a D60 a couple days ago and have had a chance to shoot with it, but it's near impossible to get the bolt to release on an empty mag; it takes a significant amount of force when pressing the bolt release. Oh, I have it in an MCX.
I have five D60s. They all work great as long as the gun runs great. I have a POS DelTon lower with a DPMS parts kit that I got for free from a friend. No mag drops, no bolt stays back after the last round, but it works...... Barely, but not with a D60 or most mags. If you have a quality setup they work great. As a matter of fact, I also have six Surefire 60s that I like to use with 300 BO and have never had an issue.
Crap will not work no matter what you put in it.

In no way do I make any money from anyone related to the firearms industry.

I've had a D-60 for a bit, no issues to report. I decided to rattle-can it with whatever I had laying around - Aervoe and Alumahyde. The spatter pattern was accidentally on purpose, sort of.
The paint doesn't seem to hinder function in any way. I did mask off the feed tower, load lever, and round count window.
