I'm very interested in seeing your 723 clones, any chance you could share with the rest of the class?
The full-size A4 variant is my favorite AR.
When you're done saying what you're saying, stop saying it.
Hate to bring up an old thread, but I just built my M16A4 clone. What mag carrier do you have on the stock? Also, what ACOG is the proper one to use for the clone

I believe it is a Specter Gear pouch and sling. I bought these several years ago.
The ACOG used by the Marine Corps on their M16A4s is the TA31RCO-A4CP. Earlier on, it has been reported that some TA01NSN ACOGs were used, but you will find the TA31RC0-A4CP the most widely used. The TA31RCO-A4CP is calibrated for the 20" barrel.

That is a Spec-Ops brand stock pouch (which is no longer produced) that Renegad04 has mounted on the far right A4 clone in his pic.
There were several different brands of pouches used with the A4 over it's twenty years of front-line service (1997-2017). though one that is still in production is the Specter Gear brand.
As for ACOGs, the earliest used model was the straight TA31-F with red reticle. though this early model had a strange adjuster cap configuration & only showed an NSN# on the side of the body. The TA-01 NSN ACOG was used for a very short time to fill a supply shortage as the original TA31RCO-A4 models came into use. The earliest RCO-A4 ACOGs adjuster cap lanyards were considerably longer than later models & were retained through a hole on the left side of the main body. On all of the military's A4 ACOGS the RMR tabs around the eyepiece were ground off at the factory, before being duracoated. All commercially available current A4 ACOGs retain these RMR tabs except for the USNM855 A4 ACOG which comes with LT799 mount & has a horseshoe reticle.
Not to hijack this thread, but here's an old pic of a few of my A4 clones in various states of completion...
