    300BLK and 20rd mags

Putting it here instead of the magazine forum because it does concern an other-than-5.56 caliber.

Are 20rd mags an issue with 300BLK? How about 20rd PMags?

I just switched to 20 round PMAGs for my 8.5” Suppressed SBR. Zero issues for me.

Same with me, except with my 10.5 suppressed SBR.

20 rd P-mags and GI are what we use with 3, 16” guns.
    Zero issues.

Gen 3 20-rd PMAGS and 20-rd Colt mags work fine for me with 110 gr TTSX.

I have only used 20 round PMAGs for my Blackout upper and have had no issues either. Shooting primarily Sig Match ammo.

I only use Lancer 20 and 30 round mags for 300 blk to make sure I don’t accidentally load one with 5.56. They work fine subs and supers, including my hand loads.

Use 20's and 5's to zero on the bench mostly. No issues at all.

I only use my motley collection of metal magazines for .300blk to avoid sticking one in a 5.56 gun. Zero issues in my 16” carbine or 8” pistol with 20 round magazines dating from Viet Nam era to recent Brownell’s mags.
